SHIPPING DURING COVID TIMES
All packages go out the next business day. However, due to the overload on America’s transit systems, some areas of the country have experienced longer than usual shipping times (as you may have noticed with your Amazon Prime packages). Unfortunately, this is entirely out of our control. DHL/USPS are currently not offering insurance on missing packages until 21 days after ordering. That said, most packages arrive without any delays, but it’s important you know the current insurance policy that shipping companies are providing at this time.
If your package is damaged in transit, you can reach out to us directly with images and details of damaged package and we can either refund or resend a replacement.
